  • What's on Tap

We always have at least 3-5 Lucky Lab Ales on tap, plus the Cask Pump, the Nitro Tap, and the Guest Tap.
Click on the name of an ale for a short description.

    Standard Fare:
  • Black Lab Stout
  • Hawthorne's Best Bitter
  • OGA (Organic Golden Ale)
  • Reggie's Red
  • Stumptown Porter
  • Dog Day India Pale Ale
  • Top Dog Extra Special Pale Ale
  • Seasonal Ales:
  • Scottish Holiday Ale
  • Quality Rye
  • Cask Conditioned Ale from the Beer Engine:

  • Cask Conditioning allows the ale to ripen naturally, without the aid of Carbon Dioxide (which gives most ale its carbonation). This type of ale may seem "flat" to you, but you'll taste more of the subtle flavors of the brew. Because we don't use pressurized gas to propel this ale from cask to tap, it must be hand-pumped through the beer engine (and aerated to produce a good head). We think this is ale at its best.

This selection changes without warning so call us at 236-3555 to find out what's pouring.

  • Nitro Tap:

  • Try your favorite Lucky Lab Ale from our Nitrogen tap! This unique system uses Nitrogen (instead of Carbon Dioxide) to push the ale from the cask to the tap. The special tap draws the Nitrogen out just before the beer hits your glass. This produces a finer carbonation that results in a creamier consistency with an overall better flavor. If you like rich & flavorful ales, but dont like the "flat" quality of Cask Conditioned ales, you'll probably love what the Nitro does!

Since we only have one Nitro tap, this selection changes frequently. Call us at 236-3555 to verify the current choice.

  • Guest Tap:

  • The Guest Tap always features an ale from around the region or around the world.

  • Kegs:
We sell a limited number of kegs. Please call 236-3555 for information on availability and prices.
